How Do They Work?
Anti-Torque Rings are a necessity when conventional Face Seal-style fittings experience rotary-action transfer, rotating the nut and gland/gasket leading to failures. This typically happens when the female nut loses its coating and induces stainless-to-stainless which can then lead to many problems. Our Anto-Torque Rings reduce or eliminate rotary action, thus preventing fitting malfunctions while simultaneously elevating system performance.

The low coefficient of friction helps eliminate rotary action transfer during assembly, preventing fitting bead damage caused by over-tightening and remakes. Additionally, Hy-Tech Anti-Torque Rings prevent damage which requires the disassembly and reassembly of the fittings, saving time while reducing labor costs.
Proprietary Coatings and Quality Materials
Our proprietary coating is extremely thin (.0001 – .0003 inches), ensuring the ring will not loosen the connection during fire or burnout. Our coating provides various additional benefits, including:

High-temperature tolerance (effective up to 650 degrees Fahrenheit)
Non-stick properties
Additionally, we utilize a 300 series stainless steel substrate, which is .005 inches thick with flexible properties for easy assembly.
Interchangeable Sizes and versatility
